Free CV Tips: the 30 second CV rule

Jobseekers have been reminded that CVs should be interesting and must get an employer's attention straight away. The '30 second test' refers to the period of time in which a potential employer looks at a CV and decided whether or not they are going to read the complete document. The acid test as to whether your CV passes, or fails.
