Digital Project Manager - Based in Oxfordshire, you will be at the forefront of Content Management.

Excellent project delivery and technical skills required to help deliver web projects. Sales or account management experience is also desirable to help develop existing customer accounts.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced web designer or developer with project management skills looking to develop their commercial experience with a fast growing organisation.

Role Description:


Your main responsibility will be to manage the delivery of customer projects, working closely with our sales, production and customer support team. You will also manage existing accounts , supporting the Sales and Marketing team throughout the sales cycle.

Duties will include;

•Manage projects and take ownership of ensuring projects are delivered to exceed customer expectation.
•Advising our customers on how to get optimum results from their web projects.
•Managing customer communication and ensuring customer satisfaction.
•Managing existing customer accounts & relationships.
•Developing existing customer accounts.
•Regularly review customer’s current provision and propose service upgrades.
•Propose and cost outline solutions to technical issues customers face
•Occasionally support the Marketing team and Sales team with lead generating activities.
•Attending exhibitions.
Experience Required
•Track record of successfully delivering technical projects within a new media agency or similar organisation.
•Project management experience with an understanding of Prince 2 preferable.
•You will be very organised and capable of managing multiple projects at the same time.
•Account management or business development experience.
•A very good understanding of web technology including SEO, accessibility standards, CMS and emerging technology.
•Aware of development languages such as HTML, XHTML and development frameworks such as .NET.
•Excellent written communication skills for creating project documentations such as customer requirement specifications and quality assurance documentation.
•Ability to build and maintain relationships.
•Strong interpersonal skills.
•Experience of CMS projects
•Health care experience preferable
