Join a New Graduate Scheme - Sales

The aim is to develop our graduates into commercial business leaders to ensure we have a pipeline of future talent in Trader Media Group.

The programme will ensure you gain a valuable insight into various areas of the business, providing you with an opportunity to develop your skills and experience in customer facing roles as well as Sales Operations, Marketing & Product. During the programme you will also be involved with a Sales related project, which will result in you working with a number differing stakeholders and senior sales leaders.

In terms of your development, whilst you will receive on the job training, you will be part of a Graduate Development Training Programme which will see you being assigned a mentor within the business.

Once you have gained a broad range of skills and experience through the scheme you will be ideally placed to progress your career in Trader Media Group in a number of differing career paths.
