Bid Manager - Auto Trader - Newton-Le-Willows

As a Bid Manager for Trader Media Group, you will take full responsibility for managing the bid process for the Digital Marketing Solutions area of our business.

The role will require you to work in consultation with key stakeholders to review and improve the bid process, proactively engaging with stakeholders to ensure that winning pitches are pulled together and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Taking a broad co-ordinating role across multiple concurrent pitches as necessary and being responsible for ensuring there is a pitch plan for each.
• Owning the pitch template, for example Exec summary, solution, costs, schedule, case studies, and ensures all these elements come together from the respective teams in time.
• Project managing the collation of information from internal sources.
• Ensuring that any associated presentational aspects are completed by relevant owners and then collated, such as designs, PowerPoint and marketing materials.
• Ensuring all clients questions have been answered to ensure the best possible chance of success.
• Conducting research on clients, competitors and industries to prepare SWOT analyses for bids and services.
• Manage post bid reviews and continuous process improvement process.
• Bringing an innovative approach to the role and striving for continuous improvement.
