Senior Business Analyst - Trader Digital - Auto Trader - Wimbledon

As part of a team of the Auto Trader Search Technology Team you will be responsible for:-

- Providing a business analysis and consultancy function to the business on projects and pre-project activities.
- Assisting the Lead Business Analyst and Project Manager in the successful delivery of this project including, but not limited to, assisting in product management, prioritisation, throughout delivery, reporting, live issues etc.
Assisting with the co-ordination of the project and its interdependencies, and any risks and issues that may arise within the project.
- Working with senior stakeholders and end users to understand their needs and business processes and use this information to identify and articulate requirements
- Establishing business value for each requirement and challenge these where needed.
- Exhibiting good negotiation and influencing skills.
- Owning and managing the delivery of business requirements from initial capture through to delivery.
- Communicating/presenting requirements and solutions clearly and concisely to both internal and external stakeholders (at all levels).
- Ensuring solutions are simplified and meet agreed requirements as well as business and IT strategies
- Providing assistance to the entire project team to ensure that the delivery of new products or services meet requirements and is to the appropriate quality, on time and within budget, in accordance with the programme plan and programme governance arrangements.
- Maintaining a collaborative team relationship with other Business Analysts, the Project Team, the Project Manager and Senior Stakeholders to ensure team cohesion and sharing of common goals.
- Managing senior stakeholder expectations.
- Assisting with making the business ready for a new product/service throughout the lifecycle.
- Deputising for the Lead BA if required for tasks such as attendance at senior management meetings to provide delivery updates etc.
Assisting with ensuring the integrity of the project.
