We are currently recruiting for a Commercial Manager to join our Non-Car team. This new role is a fantastic opportunity for a successful sales manager to deliver across both B2B and B2C channels, working closely with the commercial director, product director, finance and commercial planning teams.
Your role will be to lead, motivate and manage dedicated sales teams (a mix of telesales and Field) for the UK, which will include single site dealers and dealer groups. You will be responsible for ensuring the required revenue target is met and that your team possess the correct capability, and demonstrate the correct behaviours, to achieve this.
In addition to this, you will be required to build and increase online penetration and revenue growth from the different core markets through new business sales, as well as growing the market share of manufacturer, franchise and independent dealerships.
Finally, you will be responsible for developing individual performance improvements within your team, and ensuring the overall management of sales performance for all your direct reports.

Required Experience
The successful candidate into this role will have strong digital knowledge and proven experience as a manager in a sales environment. You will also have past experience of managing remote workers, and proven success of delivering results in line with business objectives.

Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary in the region of £46,000 to £52,000, dependant on experience with the opportunity of earning an additional bonus of up to 30%. Other benefits include 25 days annual leave, a company pension, life assurance and a host of other flexible benefits.
