Candidate Characteristics

Mind Gym’s five ingredients, against which we are all measured, are:

Spirit - Exude passion, commitment and a sunny disposition, whatever the weather. Lean in, pay attention and give more than is asked.

Challenge - Never stop asking, always be interested and listen beyond what you hear. Win round the cynic and reassure the nervous with the power of your ideas.

Quality finish - Shape the need, set the pace, keep your promises and deliver in full. Everything you do is at least as good as it needs to be, usually better and faster.

Initiative - Spot what needs to happen and make it so. Fight for what you believe in, be resilient when you meet resistance and ensure your integrity is resolute.

Generosity - People see you as generous: with your time, advice, knowledge, energy, experience, creativity and candor. The more people know you the more they value the relationship.
