New Role: Community Manager, Anjunabeats, London (UK)

One of the UK’s leading independent dance labels is recruiting for a Community Manager. You will ideally have at least 3 years relevant experience in a community manager role with a specific focus on social media.

Anjunabeats was founded by Above & Beyond, winners of Radio 1’s Essential Mix Of The Year and currently ranked 4th in DJ Magazine’s list of the world’s top 100 DJ’s.

The candidate must have recently held a similar role, where they were directly involved in mapping out a community strategy and then driving that strategy forward. They should also be able to prove the success of the strategy through analytics, testing and other metrics.

The candidate will be the voice of the brand and build on our already significant presence across all forms of social media. We are looking for someone with demonstrated success in social engagement on Twitter, Facebook, YouTube and the blogging community on a global basis.

Duties will include defining, planning and executing long-term social engagement solutions as well as creating messaging for marketing campaigns, media outreach and other social communications.

The candidate will be driving and measuring traffic to the company and it’s artists’ sites via social media strategies, converting social media traffic into conversions through onsite optimizations, responding and engaging with users on a daily basis via online communities, establishing effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media efforts, instigating collective intelligence initiatives and managing multiple Facebook and Twitter accounts.
