New Role: Digital Manager (Technical), Anjunabeats, London (UK)

Anjunabeats, one of the UK’s leading independent dance labels, is recruiting for a Digital Manager (Technical). Anjunabeats was founded by Above & Beyond, winners of Radio 1’s Essential Mix Of The Year and currently ranked 4th in DJ Magazine’s list of the world’s top 100 DJ’s.

Key roles will include:

-Maintaining our websites
-Building / maintaining / updating social network sites on a regular basis (Facebook, Twitter, MySpace, Bebo, YouTube)
-Email Marketing (includes building eflyers)
-Researching the latest social networking trends, technologies and services we could be using to expand our community
-Maintaining the local network/server – this includes phones, computers, anything remotely technical
-Building e-players
-Building competition pages

Other duties will include: Sending promos, sending mailouts, updating content to our iTunes podcast, radio show syndication, making sure that the show goes out on time to all the syndicates on a weekly basis

Individuals requirements:

-Planning, scheduling and budget management.​
-Organisational skills, Communication and Resources management.​
-Interpersonal capability, ability to manage digital development and production teams.​
-Knowledge of our products
-Strong technical knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS, Shell Script, Perl, ASP.​net, C#, SQL as well as experience in Flash.
-Good understanding of diverse physical digital media as well as online delivery platforms and mechanisms.​
-Digital experience of building multimedia products.​
-In addition to technical programming, they will also have a strong interest in social networking, online media and ecommerce.

Experience with mobile development and platfoms: applications etc. a benefit.
They will need to take ownership and initiative of their own responsibilities within the company.
