The role of the Digital Traffic Manager (DTM) is key role within the Digital Marketing area of our business, and the successful candidate into the role will be responsible for the day to management of the SEO team.
As Digital Traffic Manager, you will have responsibility for ensuring our customers’ expectations are both met and exceeded from an SEO delivery perspective. In addition, the digital marketing area of our business is continually evolving, and as such, the successful candidate into the role will be a strong manager with the ability to proactively approach any challenge put in front of them!
Key responsibilities will include:
• To provide day-to-day leadership and management to the SEO and Performance functions, ensuring resource levels are effectively mapped out, the team are fully engaged and the correct resource levels are maintained.
• Determine and manage the resourcing requirements for the Client management teams ensuring the correct mix of specialist knowledge, skills and experience are developed and retained within the function.
• In conjunction with the Head of Dealer Services ensure compliance with department budgets and monitor and manage any exceptions providing recommendations in line with cost management as to how these can effectively be managed.
• To lead the teams to consistently achieve performance standards (KPIs) for quality and continuously monitor these to establish whether they are being met and recommend where further process enhancements can be instigated.
• To be an advocate of continuous improvement and utilise a structured approach to ensure that the organisation benefits from it.
• To effectively manage stakeholder relationships by ensuring expectations are well managed.
• To monitor achievements against targets, striving to achieve the best possible results and communicating project status and any risks and issues to key stakeholders.
