Our Graduate Development programme is a two year scheme which concentrates on
three learning methods: Development through experience, development through
people and development through formal learning. We put the emphasis on the first
two approaches - you’ll contribute to real projects from the very start.

The successful graduates must have achieved a 2:2 or above in their degree
course.
In addition, you must be able to attend an assessment centre during the week
commencing 17th September 2012, and be able to start work by
1st October 2012.
