iNeed is hiring - User Interface designer

Looking for a great UI/UX individual to improve the UI/UX for (iNeed – www.ineed.co.uk).

Happy to pay a good rate for the right person (up to £50/hour) – quality is key here and whilst there isn’t a lot to do at this stage we’re looking to work with the right person over the coming months as iNeed grows.

Ideally you will be able to review the existing interface, make specific and actionable changes & improvements and help our small development team implement them in CSS (ideally we would like to make no changes to the HTML).

Initially we are focusing on the website – but then wish to improve the Mobile Web App in a similar style. PeoplePerHour is not a bad start in terms of the direction the interface could go in but we’re aiming to make iNeed very very simple and easy to use so the emphasis will be on making things easy and clear to use.

I’m really only looking for a UK based individual who speaks good English – simply because I feel we will have to communicate by phone/Skype quite a bit and having a cultural understanding of iNeed initially will help.

If you’re interested:

1) visit www.ineed.co.uk
2) register with your Facebook & mobile
3) Like the Facebook Page (
www.facebook.com/ineed.co.uk) & follow twitter.com/ineed on Twitter (if you want to be kept up to date)

Then send me a note at simon [at] ineed.co.uk (ideally with a visual or 2) with your specific thoughts on what you feel needs improving. I have a very clear idea but seeing what you think will help me establish if we are right for each other.

I’m looking forward to hearing from you.

Thanks,

Simon
