In 2010 and 2011, ASOS launched local websites for the US, France and Germany, Spain, Italy and Australia. The Role
ASOS, the most visited fashion site on the planet, is looking for a sharp, customer focussed, energetic and entrepreneurial Product Lead to curate and deliver our experience roadmap and develop the Product Manager and Ownership functions, which sit alongside the User Experience (UX), Customer Intelligence and Engineering teams, to deliver a world class fashion experience for the worlds 20-somethings.
The objective of this role, aligned to our laser focussed company strategy, is extremely clear; however the journey we take to get there will take many forms and iterations. This is what makes the role and working at ASOS so exciting. It isn’t for everyone, but the right person will thrive.
Reporting directly to the eCommerce Director, this person will have the ability and freedom to make their mark on the customer, the organisation and to create a team in their own image.
You will also get to build amazing experiences for customers all over the world, on all kinds of screens, in our store, on our social platform, Fashion Finder, and our Marketplace. The trade-off is being able to handle the ever changing, dynamic environment that is ASOS and to be hands on when the moment requires it – eCommerce still likes to think we are a start-up at heart. The Detail
- Translate customer wants and needs into an experience roadmap that delivers them
- Own and prioritise the roadmap and backlog
- Stay close to new product innovations & opportunities out in the market
- Work closely with all internal teams to communicate new product developments
- Work closely with Customer Intelligence, UX and Technology teams to continuously build, test, measure & deploy.
- Build and manage a team of Product Managers and Owners
